Signs You Might Be Smoking Too Much Marijuana
Colorado Marijuana Abuse Therapy
1) Tolerance- using more or needing higher concentrations to get the same effect, switching to dabbing, etc.
2) Often using more than intended- situations where you end up getting higher than you planned or having difficulty stopping using when you start
3) Impact on work or school- losing productivity, motivation, falling through on obligations. Showing up to work or school high.
4) Impact on relationships- your friends or family getting frustrated with you due to your frequent use, not following through with family responsibilities (ex. “ I was gonna pay child support, but then I got high.”)
5) Having difficulty without it- cravings or strong desire to use, increase in anxiety and insomnia when you don’t use can actually be a sign of withdrawals
I get it, Coloradans. Marijuana is legal and generally socially acceptable. I'm not here to judge. But if you are resonating with the signs above, it might be worth exploring your relationship with the green stuff.
Please use responsibly and never get behind the wheel while under the influence.
