I offer personalized and supportive therapy to help you build a balanced and fulfilling life. I accept many private insurance plans. Please note that is your responsibility to make sure your insurance plan covers mental health services. I can also provide a super bill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.

I also offer walk and talk sessions where we have therapy over a casual walk at a nearby location. Some people find it easier to open up outside of an office setting.
